People starving, people staring,

Families broken, mothers crying,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Hearts are lonely, hearts are pierced,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Separation, malnutrition, desperation,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Wars are raging, bombs are dropping,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Youth are lost, tempest tossed,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Priests are tempted, sorely tempted,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Hands outreaching, sorely pleading,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Duty calling, countries falling,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Help us Mother, help us Mother,

Show the human race His face,
Mary, Queen of Peace.
     
Lift us up upon your wings,
Holy Dove of Peace.
     
Pour Your Blood upon the earth,
Jesus Christ our Lord.
     
Send Your comfort to Your people,
Abba Father God!
     
Make us one, O Trinity,

No more fighting, separations,

Unity and love and laughter,
